A 38-year old suspect was taken into custody on Friday morning in Uptown after a stabbing left another man dead.

According to Seattle Police, just after 2 a.m. officers were called to the 500 block of Queen Anne Avenue North after a report that a man was stabbed in the chest near Dick's Drive-In. Meanwhile, police located the suspect and took him into custody without incident, and he was booked into the King County Jail for investigation of murder. Officers also recovered what they believe to be the weapon used in the incident.
