Jacquilyn Jean (Sloboden) Maerz passed away December 20, 2016 at age 64 from spontaneous Cruetzfeldt Jacob Disease, a rare and fatal brain disease. She is survived by her mother Marian Sloboden, two sisters, Connie Sloboden and Lauren (Cathy) Timko; two brothers, Jeffery Sloboden and Rob Sloboden; a niece, DeeAnna Bates and grandniece, Addison.
A Celebration of Life will be at Jacquie’s residence on Queen Anne, Sunday, January 15th, 2017, 1-5pm. There will be a sharing time at 2pm.
