The Friends of Magnolia Manor Park will have an open house meeting at Manor Park on April 2 about its Preferred Site Plan. It will take place from 10 a.m. to noon at the park (3500 28th Ave. W.).
Construction will begin this year for the current phase of the Preferred Site Plan for Manor Park. This phase will open up the southwest corner, create a formal entry for the park, resize the off-leash area (OLA) extend the path around the reservoir and add landscaping and grading.
The OLA will be accessible during construction.
The next phase of the Preferred Site Plan is the completion of the path around the reservoir and access to the east hill of Manor Park. Fundraising plans and grant applications are underway to move forward with this final phase of the Preferred Site Plan for Manor Park.
