Appeals are made to the Office of the Hearing Examiner, Seattle Municipal Tower, 40th Floor (SMT-40-00), 700 Fifth Ave., Suite 4000, Seattle, WA 98104. Appeals must be accompanied by a $50 filing fee in a check payable to the City of Seattle.

Permit applications

1020 W. BOTHWELL ST. (3024032) for a Land Use Application to subdivide two parcels of land into three parcels. Existing structures to be demolished. The following approval is required: Short Subdivision to create three parcels of land. Water Availability Certificate may be needed but was not included in this application. Written comments accepted through April 17.

1934 10TH AVE. W. (3020829) for a Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into three unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project No. 6478301. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. The following approval is required: Unit Lot Subdivision to create three unit lots. Water Availability Certificate may be needed but was not included in this application. Permit decisions

4225 26TH AVE. W. (3022873) on a Land Use Application to allow one three-story, single-family residence in an environmentally critical area. Parking for one vehicle to be provided. Existing garage to be demolished. Existing single-family structure at 4223 26th Ave. W. to remain. Environmental review includes future unit lot subdivision. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Determination of Non-Significance (no Environmental Impact Statement required). Environmental review completed, and no conditions imposed. This DNS is issued using the optional DNS process in WAC 197.11.355 and SMC 25.05.355. The comment period was originally published on Dec. 28, 2015, and there is no further comment period on this DNS. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than April 18.

1716 SECOND AVE. N. (3020119) on a Land Use Application to change a portion of an institution (All Saints Church) to a child-care center for 37 children. Project includes parking for 13 vehicles. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Administrative Conditional Use to allow an institution (child care center) in a single-family zone conditionally granted. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than April 21.
