LETTER TO THE EDITOR | Urban Rest Stops would help economy, hygiene

[Regarding “Cleaning up the community,” Dec. 14:] I support Urban Rest Stop.

In South India, whether you are from a poor family or homeless, people took pride in their hygiene. If our homeless population gets the opportunity to do so, it will benefit our economy and also help prevent the spread of bedbugs in our transit system and in our community.
