Free memoir-writing workshop at Magnolia Library

The Magnolia Historical Society (MHS) will sponsor its free memoir-writing workshop on Jan. 31, from noon to 4 p.m., at the Magnolia Library (2801 34th Ave. W.).

The class will allow students to easily produce good writing in small groups that will develop small sketches of their lives. It also will provide lots of information to continue the processes of memoir writing that the workshop inspires.

No writing experience is needed.

Space is limited; to reserve your space, call MHS past president and “Magnolia History Books” project manager Monica Wooton, at (206) 284-2430, by Jan. 23.
