Appeals are made to the Office of the Hearing Examiner, Seattle Municipal Tower, 40th Floor (SMT-40-00), 700 Fifth Ave., Suite 4000, Seattle, WA 98104. Appeals must be accompanied by a $50 filing fee in a check payable to the City of Seattle.

Permit applications

2570 THIRD AVE. W. (3017964) for a Land Use Application to allow a single-family dwelling unit with parking for two vehicles (one space within the structure and one surface parking space) in an environmentally critical. Existing structure to remain. To be considered with Project No. 3019239 for shared access. Environmental review includes future unit lot subdivision. The following approval is required: SEPA environmental determination. (This project is subject to the Optional DNS Process (WAC 197-11-355) and Early DNS Process (SMC 25.05.355). This comment period may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal. Building permit may be needed but was not included in this application. Written comments accepted through March 2.

2574B THIRD AVE. W. (3019239) for a Land Use Application to allow a single-family residence with parking in attached two-car garage in an environmentally critical area. Existing structure to remain. Permit decisions

1601 TAYLOR AVE. N. (3018289) on a Land Use Application to allow a new wireless communication facility with 12 panel antennas on the roof of an existing apartment building (Verizon Wireless). Equipment cabinets will also be located on the roof. The following appealable decisions have been made based on submitted plans: Administrative Conditional Use to allow new minor communication utility in an LR3 granted; Administrative Conditional Use to allow new communication utility to exceed the height limit in an L-3 zone granted. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than March 5.
