MEET THE HERONS

The Heron Habitat Helpers naturalists will help visitors view the more than 50 Great Blue Heron nests in Commodore Park (3330 W. Commodore Way) through the use of telescopes on Saturday, April 4, from 1 to 3 p.m. Free for all ages; meet between the fish ladder and the train bridge. Information: www.heronhelpers.org

 

DRUG-FREE WORLD OPEN HOUSE

Queen Anne’s Church of Scientology (300 W. Harrison St.) is hosting an open house on Tuesday, April 7, from 7 to 9 p.m. The Foundation for a Drug-Free World is giving a presentation on its drug education materials, including its latest booklet on synthetic drugs. Steve Freng, with the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area, is the keynote speaker. FREE TAX PREPARATION, E-FILING

DISTRICT COUNCIL

QA HELPLINE ANNUAL MEETING

QACC PARKS COMMITTEE
