Mud Bay will celebrate the opening of The Adoption Center (522 Queen Anne Ave. N.) at its Uptown location on Saturday, Nov. 22, from 4 to 6 p.m.
The grand opening will include food, raffles, a photo booth and a community shelter fundraiser.
