The Otte family enjoys the winter weather with sledding, snowball fights and walks.
The snow appears to be tapering off at about 1 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon and cars are driving around Magnolia. The Magnolia Village is open for business and most main thoroughfares are passable.
At this writing, Queen Anne Avenue, up the Counterbalance is closed, but those interested in reaching upper Queen Anne can do so by traveling from the north.
