QA resident named SPU Professor of the Year

Queen Anne resident Ruth Ediger, associate professor of political science and geography at Seattle Pacific University, has been named SPU Professor of the Year at the recent President’s Spring Forum. 

The award is based on student votes, and the final selection is made by the Associated Students of Seattle Pacific. 

Ediger has worked at SPU for 11 years, during which she has remained active on campus by serving on the Faculty Development Committee and the Policy Evaluation Committee. She is also finishing her term as chair of the Curriculum Activity Committee.
