Bartell Drugs on Lower Queen Anne (600 First Ave. N.) underwent a “next generation” makeover, which was unveiled on July 14 with two subsequent weeks of festivities.
The newly renovated store reveals several product areas spotlighted through the use of lighting, signage and furnishings. The Seattle-based drugstore chain selected the Lower Queen Anne location to also introduce its new “Holistech Living” product area, featuring a new generation of wellness products and personal technology fitness tools.
On Friday, July 26, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., the store will offer a number of
in-store health screenings for free or at discounted fees. They include blood glucose and diabetes services, bone-density screenings and tests for blood pressure, cholesterol and others.
The pharmacy also will give away Rx Timer Caps that day.
