The DPD director has determined that the proposal will not have a significant adverse environmental impact and has issued a Declaration of Non-Significance with conditions (no Environmental Impact Statement required). The comment period was originally published on July 19, 2012, and there is no further comment period on this DNS.

Appeals must be accompanied by $50 filing fee in a check payable to the City of Seattle. Any appeal of the decision will be heard at the public hearing on Jan. 30, 2013, at 9 a.m.
