Permit applications

1402 FOURTH AVE. W. (3015249) for a Land Use Application to subdivide one parcel of land into two parcels of land. Existing single-family residence to remain. The following approval is required: Short Subdivision to create two parcels of land. Water Availability Certificate may be needed but was not included in this application. Written comments accepted through Wednesday, July 3.


Permit decisions

2556 14TH AVE. W. (3013594) of a Land Use Application to allow residential development with nine three-story townhouse structures in an environmentally critical area. Surface parking for nine vehicles to be provided on-site. The following appealable decisions have been made based on submitted plans: Design Review conditionally granted; Determination of Non-Significance (no Environmental Impact Statement required). Environmental review completed, and no conditions imposed. This DNS is issued using the optional DNS process in WAC 197.11.355 and SMC 25.05.355. The comment period was originally published on Jan. 10, 2013, and there is no further comment period on this DNS. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Monday, July 1.
