Excuse me?

Inappropriate sign raises hackles of Magnolia neighbors

A sign asking neighbors to clean up their dogs' feces has raised the hackles of neighbors because of the language on the sign.

The wooden sign placed in front of a home on the 1900 block of Clise Drive has a small Buddha statue stuck to the top of it and the sign itself reads, "Buddha says, Please don't leave your dog [expletive] here. Take it home!"

People who have complained about the sign are unsure of who posted the sign but say it's been up for roughly two weeks and would like it to be removed.

Seattle Police spokesman, Mark Jamieson, said if neighbors are concerned they can call the police. But, he said, "I don't know if there is anything officers can do." The sign is not directed at any one person.
