The annual Bad Wig and Ugly Tracksuit Walk will take place at Green Lake at noon on New Year’s Day.
Walkers will meet at the Kiddie Pool at the north end of Green Lake (7201 E. Green Lake Drive N.). The walk will go clockwise around the lake, toward the community center. A photo will take place at the bleachers mid-walk.
All ages are welcome.
Afterward, participants will gather at Cafe Racer (5828 Roosevelt Way N.E.) for coffee, beer or “Lucky Supper” starting at 2 p.m.
