Also, westbound Mercer Street will be restricted to one lane between Dexter and Fifth avenues North on Monday, Dec. 22, and Tuesday, Dec. 23, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day to accommodate concrete pours. One lane will remain open at all times.
Northbound Taylor Avenue North will remain closed until further notice to accommodate sidewalk and electrical work. Full closures of Taylor Avenue North at Mercer Street will occur as needed and will be announced in advance.
