The Seattle Choral Co. will host its mid-season concert “Eternal Light” on Saturday, March 16 at 8 p.m. Pre-concert talk will start at 7 p.m. with SCC director Freddie Coleman.
The concert will feature “Lux Aeterna” by Morten Lauridsen, “Misericordias Domini, K. 222,” by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and “Mass No. 2 in G Major,” by Franz Schubert.
Joining the Seattle Choral Co. for the performance of Schubert’s “Mass No. 2 in G Major” will be a trio of soloists: Ellaina Lewis, soprano; Brendan Tuohy, tenor; and Darrell Jordan, baritone. Members of the North Corner Chamber Orchestra will complete the roster of guest artists.
Individual tickets are non-reserved and are $27 for general admission, $22 for seniors, $5 for youth and students, and free for children ages 6-10.
