Last week at Memorial Stadium, the Lincoln High School Lynx flag football team claimed the school’s first Metro League championship since reopening in 2019. The Lynx defeated Eastside Catholic, 32-18, capping off a strong season where they finished 9-1.
The team is coached by Don Biszek and Joshua Tufts. There is talk of a possible matchup with Tacoma’s champions for regional bragging rights.
