Cati Art Studio & Gallery opens doors in Magnolia

Cati Art Studio & Gallery opened its doors in Magnolia for the first time on Nov. 18 displaying the paintings of owner Catalina Mercado. Painting full-time for over 20 years and receiving a BFA from the University of Houston, Catalina participates in local art groups such as Puget Sound Group of Northwest Artists and Women Painters of Washington. Catalina brings her vision and dedication to support other artists achieve their goals whether in the gallery or in weekly classes.

Tuesday was the opening of a new monthly show welcoming northwest artists Barry Roitblat, Sue Madill, Gregg Goolsby, and Kim Tepe. The show goes on until Jan. 6 with a reception on Dec. 15, from 6-8 p.m.
