OK, it's not actually summer. It's spring. But the annual tradition has returned to Magnolia with boys and girls of all ages ready to play ball.
The Magnolia Little League Opening Day Parade was in full swing Saturday morning, with coaches and players (with parents following nearby with camcorders in hand), down West McGraw Street and over to 32nd Avenue West and into the Magnolia Playfields opposite Catharine Blaine K-8 School.
The parade also featured the Ballard High School Marching Band.
Who will win the pennant this year is unknown. But all players are ready to give it their best.[[In-content Ad]]
