The Queen Anne Menchie’s store (2101 Queen Anne Ave. N.) will be featured on the CBS show “Undercover Boss” on Friday, Oct. 25, at 8 p.m.
Amit Kleinberger, the youngest CEO to appear on the series, will be shown greeting guests and wiping tables.
From his experience on the show, Kleinberger plans to implement several changes across his franchised frozen yogurt locations. In terms of leadership strategies, he will revise employee recognition programs. Also, he will modifyi management training programs to properly teach how to promote team members so they continue to grow with the company.
Kleinberger also will work in stores on a monthly basis to connect more with the day-to-day store operations.
