Elsie L. Cole, born Sept. 15, 1913 in Chehalis passed away peacefully on May 25.
Elsie lived most of her life in Magnolia with her husband, Ret. Lt. Col. Richard G. Cole. They were married in Chehalis on Dec. 22, 1933 and had one son, Edwin Richard Cole. The couple were active members of the Magnolia Presbyterian Church.
Ms. Cole loved and adored her family who loved and respected her in return. She was preceded in death by her husband and son. She is survived by her sister, Ruth Jenkins; her grandchildren Laura Thunhurst (Pat), Steven Cole (Tory), and Lisa Raphael (Danny); great-grandchildren Trista, Shayna, Lisa, Kirsten, Alexandra, and Nathaniel.
Services were held at the Magnolia Presbyterian Church on Sunday, May 30.[[In-content Ad]]
