This session will focus on stories from young adulthood: first jobs, college, relationships, marriage or not, babies or not, first apartments or homes, etc. You don't need to be a "writer" to produce something wonderful. This free class with provide you with the time and tools to get after this important work. Fun and supportive atmosphere. All you need is a notebook and pen, but you can use a laptop if you prefer. Young musicians throughout the Northwest

are invited to vie for a scholarship and a chance to perform on stage at Benaroya Hall during the third annual Ten Grands concert on May 21, 2010. The competition is open to musicians between the ages of 6 and 18. Non-professional acoustic instrumentalists, vocalists, or ensembles of up to six people are eligible to submit the entry (consisting of an audition recording and entry form) until Jan. 31, 2010. The Al-Anon Potluck and Speaker's Meeting

Women's Healing Group:

Reclaiming wholeness from trauma. Who: Adult women, ages 18 and older, who have experienced sexual assault and abuse trauma and victimization. What: This 12-week psycho-educational program utilizes the Talking Circle and the elements of the Medicine Wheel teachings to focus on the impact and healing from sexual assault, abuse, domestic violence victim defendant issues and trauma. Volunteer tutors needed at Lawton

The goal of our Tutoring Program is to help students with reading, writing and math. Tutors help within the classroom or pull students out for one-on-one tutoring.
