Francis Tello, the Seattle Police Department’s west precinct crime prevention coordinator, is praising Queen Anne neighbors for helping to catch a suspected car prowler.According to a report that Tello sent to neighborhood block watch captains on Wednesday, police offers responded to a report by a Queen Anne citizen that a suspicious white male was seen walking up to two separate residences on West Highland Drive on the morning of Aug. 4 and trying to open the front doors. The suspicious male was described as wearing a black hat, black clothing and carrying a red backpack.
