Well, someone's got to try to solve the pressing issues of our times.
It's still winter, but believe it or not, late February and March are the months that we can start planting the vegetable garden! While snow peas and arugula can be planted in the cool soil outdoors, many of our favorite veggies can get a head start on spring, started by seed, indoors.
