The Seattle Departmnt of Transportation has changed the layout of the Business Access and Transit (BAT) Lanes along Elliott and 15th avenues west in response to complaints from the Magnolia Community Club.The BAT Lanes are generally restricted to bus traffic and motor vehicles making the next available right turn northbound and southbound.
