Elmer Lundstrom passed away on July 19 after a brief illness. Mr. Lundstrom was born on Aug. 10, 1923 in Cosmos, Minn. to Leonard and Minnie (Flemming) Lundstrom. He graduated from high school in Grove City in 1941.

Darrell Drew and his wife were newly married and had one son, Adam, and were living in Magnolia when it struck Darrell that there should be a parade for kids in Magnolia central. That's how the kids parade started 34 years ago, and Drew continues to put it on to this day.
