As reported in the News last week, Trader Joe’s will replace Metropolitan Market as part of the last piece in Emerald Bay Equity’s four, mixed use projects on upper Queen Anne. Trader Joe’s expects to be open for business in its new location in the last quarter of 2014. The rebuilt Elfrieda apartment building appears on the left.
