JOY
MOST: I love the views. We're fortunate to have a home on the bluff, and it's wonderful.
LEAST? I can't stand it when people double-park to go to the post office. I understand when it's an elderly person, but not when they're young - they can't walk a block?
DAVID GARRICK
MOST: I love that it's close to everything - downtown, Ballard, Queen Anne. I always pictured Magnolia as being remote. I really don't have a LEAST. We've lived here five years and can't see living anywhere else.
JOAN CAINE
MOST: We have a village where you run into friends and neighbors all the time. It's really great.
LEAST: Our biggest dislike is that we have a landlord who refuses to fix up the abandoned and boarded-up buildings [on West 32nd by the Ace Hardware].
CHARLES PARKER
MOST: I live close to the Village and can walk to all the stores, the post office and whatever else I want to do.
I don't really have a LEAST. Maybe the cloudy weather, but that's not unique to Magnolia!
BRIAN & TRACY
MOST: It feels like a small town. You only come here if you live here. We think it's the last of the true neighborhoods.
LEAST: Getting to the freeway is a little difficult.
