More than 65 fifth graders from Dearborn Park Elementary School and Zion Preparatory Academy are "going to college" at SPU on Wednesday, May 7. Students will attend a science class, go on a book hunt in the SPU Library, take a music class, participate in a physical education course (otherwise known as gym class), and eat lunch in SPU's famous "all you care to eat" dining room, Gwinn Commons. Working with them one-on-one will be 40 SPU students and numerous faculty and staff. The day concludes with a brief presentation titled "College Is a Plan, Not a Dream."
