Maureen Clemmons spoke to students at University Prep, 8000 25th Ave. N.E., on Thursday, May 5, about the use of kites for lifting heavy objects, techniques she believes the ancient Egyptians used to build the pyramids. These same techniques (demonstrated at left) could be used to habitate the planet Mars, she says.
