Magnolia Village is suffering greatly from the removal-and stubbornly not replaced-drive-up collection boxes. No parking, double parking, life and limb at stake, gridlock on McGraw.
WE DESERVE BETTER.
There is no reason whatsoever the Post Office can't install drive-up boxes.
A friend, Mega Mailer, suggested the parking lot of Magnolia Park across from the tennis courts. What a perfect solution! What do we get instead? A box planted on the far side of the construction site, at a stop sign, necessitating the blocking of an arterial. Great!
If you, as Magnolia residents, are as steamed as a growing number of us, please contact the Postmistress and let her know we need, and deserve, resolution.
Finally, it's against our traffic laws to double park... fair warning.
