The victim had given his credit card to the bartender to cover his drink tab, and when he went to get it back discovered his wallet and cell phone were missing.

The victim said she had just gotten a new tattoo on the center of her chest, and the man, while intoxicated, had rubbed it and asked if she wanted him to rub Neosporin on it. Uncomfortable, the girl told him she was 16 and to leave. He did, but then returned with a photo album for her to look at it.

When she opened the photo album she discovered it contained photos of a nude woman. The man said it was his ex-wife.

The man was arrested by police at the scene and booked into King County Jail.

She looked outside and saw two men get into a blue compact vehicle and drive away. Police officers arrived and found a motorcycle tipped over and lying in the street. The brake handle had been broken off and the right front light was also broken.

Mistaken Identity?

Police responded to a call in the Queen Anne area at 4 p.m. on Aug. 22 after a woman reported to police that she was afraid for the safety of herself and her 5-year-old daughter because her friend had received a threatening phone call from a man she used to know. The man threatened to kidnap the victim's daughter, because he believes it is his child.

The woman told police she met the man in another country while she was living there and he was there visiting. The man is now married and living in another state, and the woman later had a baby with another man.

The victim told police that she hasn't spoken to the man in five years. She doesn't know how he got her friend's phone number. She said she doesn't believe the man has her phone number or address. But after her friend received the phone call, she said she called the man herself. He continued to say he was going to come and take the child.

When two other officers arrived they went over to the parking lot. A second person approached and got into the man's car. As they approached the two men, officers saw a newer looking saw in the man's car. When they asked where he had gotten it, the man said he found it in the dumpster.
