The Queen Anne & Magnolia Paint baseball club completed an undefeated season June 16 with a 13-6 win over rival Magnolia Architecture in the AAA Minors' Magnolia Little League Championship. The team went a combined 18-0-1 in the regular season and playoffs.
The championship game was highlighted by the three scoreless innings of pitcher Stewart Lange and a 13-hit attack by Queen Anne & Magnolia Paint. Calvin Rogers led the team with a three-for-three hitting performance.
The team sent four representatives to the Magnolia Little League9-10-year-old all-star team. They are: Zach Ehrlich, 10; Chase Jacobson, 10; Daniel Merz, 10; and Race Porter, 9.
