On Saturday, Sept. 18, the Church of Scientology Environmental Task Force along with the Greater Queen Anne Chamber of Commerce, spearheaded the annual Queen Anne Clean-Up Day - a community day of cleaning up the neighborhood at the top and bottom of the hill. Twenty volunteers from the task force and chamber, along with members of the Uptown Alliance gathered together at the Neighborhood Center, grabbed gloves and tools and worked together to pick up garbage, cans and bottles.
