"Moments Out of Time" has been an annual ritual for Kathleen Murphy and me since 1971. We did miss a couple of years early in the millennium, but otherwise it's been our pleasure to memorialize "images, lines, gestures, moods from the year's films" - moments that moved, surprised, and stayed with us. There was never room to do it in Queen Anne & Magnolia News, but of course space isn't an issue on the Interwebs.
