2406 E. Pine St. (3007234) on a Land Use application to allow a new single-family residence with an attached accessory dwelling unit. Parking for two vehicles to be located within the structure. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Variance to allow principal structure to extend into required front yard conditionally granted. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Monday, Oct. 8.

1708 26th Ave. (3007568) on a Land Use Application to allow a single-family residence in an environmentally critical area. Existing single-family residence to remain. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Determination of Non-Significance (no Environmental Impact Statement required). Environmental review completed, and no conditions imposed. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Oct. 15.
