Revised applications

1701 DEXTER AVE. N. (3015186) for a Revision to project No. 3008741; change stair and corridor location, change facade materials, massing, parking location and quantity; no change to use or unit count. Land Use Application to allow a four-story building with four live/work units at ground level and 62 residential units above in an environmentally critical area. Parking for 44 vehicles to be provided within the structure. Project includes grading. Existing structures to be demolished. This is a revision to project approved under permit No. 3008741. Environmental review and Early Design Guidance were conducted under No. 3008741. The following approval is required: Design Review. Building, grading and demolition permits may be needed but were not included in this application. Written comments accepted through Wednesday, May 15.

Permit decisions

3656 34TH AVE. W. (188215) to approve a sidewalk café permit accessory to The Villa, with modifications, as received by the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT). Any person may request a review or reconsideration of an SDOT decision. The request must be in writing and sent within 10 days of the decision posting to the SDOT director. The request must identify the application number, grounds for objecting to the decision based on city standards and the specific remedy being proposed (SMC 15.04.112).

(3014142) on a Land Use Application to allow two single-family dwelling units and one two-unit townhouse structure (for a total of four units) in an environmentally critical area. Surface parking for five vehicles to be provided. Existing residential structure to remain. Environmental review includes future unit-lot subdivision. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Determination of Non-Significance (no Environmental Impact Statement required). Environmental review completed, and no conditions imposed. This DNS is issued using the optional DNS process in WAC 197.11.355 and SMC 25.05.355. The comment period was originally published on Nov. 29, 2012, and there is no further comment period on this DNS. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Monday, May 13.
