Permit applications
1400 DISCOVERY PARK BLVD. (3014631) for a Council Land Use Application to install tanks and equipment to upgrade a biogas fuel treatment system and reduce engine emissions. Project also includes less than 300 cubic yards of grading. The following approval is required: Council Conditional Use reconfiguration of sewage-treatment plant. Building and grading permits may be needed but were not included in this application. Written comments accepted through Wednesday, March 13.
Permit decisions
2001 W. GARFIELD ST. (3012954) on a Shoreline Substantial Development Application to allow a 1.5-million-gallon underground tank for combined sewer-overflow storage. Project also includes an ancillary building at-grade and grading. Determination of Non-Significance prepared by King County Dept. of Natural Resources. The following appealable decisions have been made based on submitted plans: Shoreline Substantial Development to allow utility service use in an Urban Industrial environment granted; SEPA to conditionally approve pursuant to 25.05.660. This decision is appealable to the Washington State Shoreline Hearings Board until at least March 21.
