Appeals are made to the Office of the Hearing Examiner, Seattle Municipal Tower, 40th Floor (SMT-40-00), 700 Fifth Ave., Suite 4000, Seattle, WA 98104. Appeals must be accompanied by a $50 filing fee in a check payable to the City of Seattle.

Permit decisions
1718 NOB HILL AVE. N. (3014085) on a Land Use Application to subdivide one parcel containing two existing single-family residences into two parcels of land, with one single-family residence to remain on each. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Short Subdivision to create two parcels of land conditionally granted. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than March 7.
2139 WAVERLY PLACE N. (3014088) on a Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into two unit lots. The construction of residential units has been approved under Project No. 6307683. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Short Subdivision to create two unit lots granted. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than March 7.
