■ 411 Summit Ave. E. (3007155) of a four-story, four-unit townhouse structure with surface parking for four vehicles located on the site. Existing structure to be demolished. This proposal has been submitted voluntarily for Administrative Design Review in exchange for departures from the following development standards (based on the preliminary design concept):open space; side yard.
The DPD director will accept written comments to assist in the preparation of the early design guidance through July 4 regarding site planning and design issues that should be addressed in developing a design for this multifamily-dwelling unit project.
Upon closing of the public comment period, the DPD director will issue in writing the early design guidance appropriate for this project. This document will be based on public comment and the applicable citywide Guidelines for Multifamily and Commercial Buildings and will serve as the basis for further review of this proposal.
Once the applicant has further developed the design, he/she may apply for a Master Use Permit, which will include an Administrative Design Review component. Those members of the public who have responded to this notice in writing will be sent a notice of that application. There will be another opportunity for public comment at that time.
