The following information was provided by the city's Department of Planning and Development. Written comments on projects should be mailed to 700 Fifth Ave., Suite 2000, P.O. Box 34019, Seattle, WA 98124-4019. Appeals are made to the Office of the Hearing Examiner, Seattle Municipal Tower, 40th Floor (SMT-40-00), 700 Fifth Ave., Suite 4000, Seattle, WA 98104. PERMIT APPLICATIONS
1050 N.E. 50th St. (3007757) for a Council Land Use Action to allow an addition to an existing fire station (No. 17) with outdoor training area and surface parking for 13 vehicles.

Project includes grading.Three existing residential structures to be demolished. The following approval is required: SEPA environmental determination. Building and grading permits may be needed but was not included in this application. Written comments accepted through Wednesday, Oct. 31.


PERMIT DECISIONS
8606 35th Ave. N.E. (3006103) on a Land Use Application to allow a four-story building containing retail space and 85 residential units. Parking for 122 vehicles to be provided in a two-level below-grade garage.

Project includes grading.

Existing structure to be demolished.

The following appealable decisions have been made based on submitted plans: Design Review conditionally granted; Determination of Non-Significance with conditions (no Environmental Impact Statement required). Environmental review completed, and project conditioned as applicable. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Nov. 5.

324 N.E. 45th St. (3004270) on a Land Use Application to establish use for the future construction of a four-story building containing customer service at and above ground level and 10 residential units on levels 2 through 4. Accessory parking for 11 vehicles will be provided within the proposed structure at ground level, accessed off the alley.

Existing structure to be removed under separate permit.
