Permit decisions

1515 Melrose Ave. E. (3008113) on a Land Use Application to change the use of an auto-repair building to restaurant and retail. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Jan. 3.

Design reviews

1205 E. Pine St. (3005929) of a five-story structure containing 61 residential units and retail space and office space at ground level. Parking for 36 vehicles will be provided below-grade. At the Design Review Board meeting the applicant will present information about the proposed design and how it responds to the Design Guideline priorities established at the Early Design Guidance Board meeting on July 18, 2007, regarding this site; the public may offer comments regarding the proposed design.
