(3007472) for a Land Use Application to allow one two-unit townhouse and one three-unit townhouse over below-grade parking garage for five vehicles in an environmentally critical area. Project includes grading. The following approval is required: SEPA environmental determination. Building and grading permits may be needed but were not included in this application. Written comments accepted through Wednesday, Aug. 8.

422 Malden Ave. E. (3006284) for a Land Use Application to allow two three-story, five-unit townhouse structures (10 units total) with parking for 18 vehicles located in a below-grade garage. Existing multifamily structure to be demolished. The following approvals are required: SEPA environmental determination; Design Review. Building permit may be needed but was not included in this application. Written comments accepted through Wednesday, Aug. 8.


DESIGN REVIEWS

801 E. Thomas St. (3005238) for a seven-story building containing retail at ground level and 45 residential units above. Parking for 45 vehicles to be provided at and below grade. Project includes grading. At the Design Review Board meeting the applicant will present information about the proposed design and how it responds to the Design Guideline priorities established at the Early Design Guidance Board meeting on July 16, 2006, regarding this site; the public may offer comments regarding the proposed design.
