Permit applications
2406 32ND AVE. W. (3009726) for a Land Use Application to allow a four-story, 24-unit residential building with retail at ground level. Parking for 32 vehicles will be located below grade. Existing structure to be demolished. The following approvals are required: Design Review; SEPA Environmental Determination (This project is subject to the Optional DNS Process (WAC 197-11-355) and Early DNS Process (SMC 25.05.355). This comment period may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal. Building and demolition permits may be needed but were not included in this application. Written comments accepted through Wednesday, Aug. 28.
Design reviews
3431 22ND AVE. W. (3015478) of two two-unit townhouse structures with attached one-car garages (four unit total). Existing structure to be demolished.
The DPD director will accept written comments to assist in the preparation of the early design guidance through August 28, 2013. Comments regarding important site planning and design issues that should be addressed in the design for this project are welcome. This is the only opportunity to comment on this proposal.

Following the public comment period, the DPD will issue a written design-guidance report. This report will consider public comment and the applicable citywide and neighborhood specific Design Guidelines and will serve as the basis for further review of the building permit. Once the applicant has incorporated the design guidance into the proposal, they may apply for a building permit. No public notice of the building permit application will be provided.
