PERMIT APPLICATIONS
161 10th Ave. (3007869) for a Land Use Application to subdivide one parcel into four unit lots. The construction of residential units is being reviewed under Project No. 6065429. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. The following approval is required: Short Subdivision to create four unit lots. Water Availability Certificate may be needed but was not included in this application. Written comments accepted through Wednesday, Oct. 10.


REVISED APPLICATIONS

802 Pine St. (3005432) for a Land Use Application to allow a 39-story building with 190 hotel rooms, 213 residential units and retail at grade. Review includes demolition of structure. Parking for 296 vehicles will be located above- and below-grade. The following approvals are required: Design Review; SEPA environmental determination. Written comments accepted through Wednesday, Oct. 10.

1404 E. Fir St. (3005181) on a Land Use Application to subdivide one parcel into five unit lots. The construction of townhouses has been approved under Project No. 6078427. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Short Subdivision to create five unit lots conditionally granted. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Oct. 11.


DESIGN REVIEWS

1605 Bellevue Ave. (3007778) of a six-story, commercial/residential building with 116 units and two levels of underground parking. At the early design guidance meeting, the applicants will present information about the site and vicinity; the public may offer comments regarding the design and siting of a mixed-use development on the subject site. The meeting will take place Oct. 17 at 6:30 p.m. at Seattle Vocational Institute, 2120 S. Jackson St., in Room 102-103.

728 Boylston Ave. E. (3005677) of a three-story, 10-unit townhouse structure with parking for 16 vehicles located in below-grade garage in an environmentally critical area. Two existing four-unit structures (eight units to be demolished). The applicant will present information about the proposed design and how it responds to the Design Guideline priorities established at earlier Early Design Guidance Board meetings. The public may offer comments. The meeting will take place Oct. 17 at 8 p.m. at Seattle Vocational Institute, 2120 S. Jackson St., in Room 102-103.
