Bowling
Our boy's varsity No. 1 bowling team qualified for the state tournament February 19 at Pacific Bowling Center in Tacoma. The team includes: Chris Piontek, Andrew Januik, Dean Buchanan, Rob Perry, Kevin Farrel and Justin Mito. There were also two girls, Laura Asper and Jessica Buchanan who qualified as individual bowlers. Congratulations, Juanita bowling!
Swimming
Our swimmers are continuing to do incredibly well; both Erin Cobb and Luis Silva qualified for the state playoffs in four events at the recent KingCo District Swimming Meet. Erin placed second in the 50 free and third in the 100 free, while Luis received third in the 200 free and set a new school record in the 500 free. Awesome job!
Basketball
The boys' basketball team recently finished up its regular season with a record of 7-7 and qualified for the playoffs on February 22. Congratulations!
