Your input is needed on the three proposed designs for Magnolia Manor Park.
At the last public meeting April 9th, Site Workshop, hired by the Sustainable Magnolia Steering Committee to work with the community on a community generated Preferred Site Plan presented these designs. They took community suggestions from the previous public design workshop, survey results, written comments and have drawn up interesting ways to incorporate community wishes.
The designs include a dog off-leash area (OLA) and various park elements like: P-patches, walking paths, areas for informal play, viewpoints and a new landscape. This will be the first time Magnolia will have an OLA or its own P-patch.
You can view the designs at www.magnoliamanorpark.org and comment on your favorite elements, your favorite completed design or make suggestions of your own. Comments will be taken through Monday, May 16th.
The final design will be presented for final comments at the public meeting June 8th, Wednesday evening at 7-9pm, Magnolia Presbyterian Church, at 28th and Dravus Street. Plan to attend.
