Geraldine Sue Russell of Seattle, WA, passed away on Wednesday April 17th, 2013. She fought a valiant battle with brain cancer for almost two years. Geraldine was born in Olean, NY, on May 10th, 1940. She moved to California after getting married in 1958 to Frank Carucci. After living in California for several years, she relocated to Seattle in 1968, after remarrying Marvin R. Russell, where she remained living for the rest of her life. She had established herself as a Licensed Massaged Therapist and also assisted in many child births as a Doula. She is survived by one sister, Catherine Gazdik of Oakland, California, and her six children: Victoria Thompson, Frank B. Carucci Jr., Elizabeth Morgan, Claudine Covolo, Matthew Russell and Cole Russell. Geraldine was the grandmother of nine and great grandmother of three. A memorial will be held on June 15th at Calvary Fellowship in Mount Lake Terrace at 12:00 pm. In memory of her name, please make donations to Caringbridge.
